Cancellation Policy

This trip involves booking hotels and guides in Italy, which have their own cancellation policies. I highly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events that may affect your booking.

The cancellation Policy for this trip is as follows:

If you cancel your booking for any reason, you will pay the following, depending on when you cancel:

November trip:
Until: 1 September 2026 - You are entitled to a full refund.
Between 1 September and 14 September 2026: Loss of deposit.
15 September - 14 October 2026: Loss of 50% payment.
After 15 October 2026: Loss of 100% payment.


March trip:
Until: 31 October 2026 - You are entitled to a full refund.
Between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027: Loss of deposit.
After 1 February 2027: Loss of 100% payment.

May trip:
Until: 30 Novmber 2026 - You are entitled to a full refund.
Between 1 December 2026 and 28 February 2027: Loss of deposit.
After 1 March 2027: Loss of 100% payment.
